Protecting your private information is our priority. The following Statement of Privacy applies to any data collected or used by Axial Peptides, henceforth referred to as “Axial ” (including all related entities and websites). By using Axial’s websites or services, you consent to the data practices described in this Statement of Privacy.
Collection of Personal Information
Axial may collect personally identifiable information from account holders, such as name and email address. Upon purchase of Axial’s products or services, Axial may also collect billing information (e.g., credit card number) and shipping address. It is possible that Axial obtains additional personal or non-personal information in order to complete a transaction or better service a customer inquiry.

Third-Party Websites
Users of Axial’s websites will be able to connect to or link their account to third party websites. By doing so, users acknowledge and agree that they are consenting to the continuous release of information about themselves, including personally identifiable information, to others in accordance with the privacy settings on those third party sites. If users do not want personally identifiable information to be shared in this manner, they should not use this feature. Users may disconnect their Axial account from third party sites at any time.
Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
Axial respects the privacy of its customers and account-holders. Axial will provide its users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving promotional and/or news related announcements. Users may opt-out of receiving any or all communications from Axial by contacting us at our designated email or phone contact.

Axial will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. Axial encourages customers and account-holders to periodically review this Statement of Privacy to be informed of how Axial is protecting your information.
